 1. What is Blogger?
    Blogger is Google’s free tool for creating blogs. It can be found on the web   at http://www.blogger.com.
   You can use blogs for everything from updating your friends and family about your life, giving your            own advice column, discussing your political views, or relating your experience in a topic of interest.
2. Create Blog
 > You must have a Gmail  account
 > Log into your Gmail 
 > Go to "www.blogger.com"
 > Confirm your profile for the first time
 > Click on"New Blog" on the leftside
 > Put the title name, address name(domain) & choose the demo templates.
 > Click on"Creat Blog" .

4. Create New Post
> Creat New Post
> Insert your contents
> Click on Publish to post
